A number of you have asked us about if our Headplay goggles have the blue screen problem. The good news is that if you have purchased a headplay headset from us since August 2015, then you already have the new firmware that was introduced to solve this issue. A demonstration on how the firmware works is shown in the video below.
If you purchased one of the early versions of the Headplay HD goggles from us before, or during July 2015, chances are you have the old firmware. Fortunately it is possible to upgrade the firmware to solve this issue.
